  • How can I get the results?
    The result certification will be sent via the email you provided. You can also pick up a hard copy from our clinic.
  • Do I have to bring anything before the test?
    Just bring any Valid ID for the verification of the details you provided on the form and passport ID for international use.
  • How long is the validity of results?
    Test validity is 72 hours from the time the test was conducted/taken as per IATF Standard Rules & Protocol
  • Are you DOH accredited?
    HEALTHSWAB MEDICAL SERVICES IS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A DOH ACCREDITED MOLECULAR LABORATORY FOR RT-PCR SWAB TEST, AND FDA APPROVED KITS FOR ANTIGEN TEST AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE DULY SIGNED BY OUR LICENSED PHYSICIAN.
  • Is this accepted for international or domestic travelling?
    Yes, this accepted for all modes of travelling.
  • How fast can I get the results?
    Upon arrival at the lab, it can take up to 12 and 24 hours, based on the service you paid for.

  • What is your operating hours?
    Our clinic is open from MON TO SUN 8AM TO 5PM. Our cut off time is 4pm, specimens collected after 4pm will be processed the next day.
  • How long is the validity of the test?
    Test validity is 72 hours from the time the test was conducted/taken as per IATF Standard Rules & Protocol. It may vary depending on the purpose or where the test result will be used. Please check the guidelines and protocol of your airlines, destination country/province, or institution.
